Abel Formation est inscrit sur la plateforme Accessibilit\u00e9-RHF Normandie et dans une d\u00e9marche continue de progr\u00e8s vers une meilleure accessibilit\u00e9 de nos formations aux personnes en situation de handicap. <\/strong>La Ressource Handicap Formation est une offre de service \u00e0 destination des organismes de formation et des centres de formation des apprentis (CFA) qui permet de faire \u00e9voluer leurs pratiques afin de rendre les formations professionnelles accessibles aux personnes en situation de handicap. Elle accompagne ABEL FORMATION \u00e0 penser et organiser notre accessibilit\u00e9 : organisationnelle, technique, physique, p\u00e9dagogique… jusque dans la conception m\u00eame de nos actions de formation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si vous \u00eates apprenant, la RHF peut vous aider \u00e0 coordonner la mise en place de solutions afin de s\u00e9curiser l\u2019entr\u00e9e et le suivi de votre formation en prenant en compte vos besoins de compensation. C\u2019est au centre de formation, au conseiller \u00e0 l\u2019emploi ou \u00e0 vous-m\u00eame de le demander. La reconnaissance du handicap permet d\u2019avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des dispositifs d\u00e9di\u00e9s aux personnes handicap\u00e9es comme les services et aides financi\u00e8res de l\u2019Agefiph.
